This website presents the EYWA project in Business Bay, Dubai, and is operated by Emir Dulovic, an independent property consultant. This page explains, in plain words, what happens with your information when you use it.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send. When you use the interest form or the WhatsApp and email buttons, you share:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp number or email address
• The type of residence you are interested in

The website itself does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not track you. If you pick a language, that choice is saved in your own browser only and is never sent anywhere.

How your information is used

Your details go directly to Emir Dulovic through WhatsApp or email, and they are used for one purpose: to answer you about EYWA, with the project file, floor plans and prices. Nothing else.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with third parties for marketing.
• We never add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Messages through WhatsApp and email

When you send a message, it travels through WhatsApp or your email provider, and their own privacy policies also apply to that message. The form on this site prepares the message; you see it and press send yourself. When you submit a form, your details are also delivered once to Emir's email inbox through a form delivery service (Web3Forms), which passes them on and does not use them for anything else.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to have your details deleted from Emir's contacts, or to stop receiving replies. One message is enough: WhatsApp or email.
